En effet, la participation importante l\u00e9gitime les d\u00e9cisions \u00e0 prendre!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En ce qui concerne <strong>L\u2019Accord Cadres<\/strong>: les salari\u00e9s se sont prononc\u00e9s majoritairement (81%) POUR la signature<br \/>\nnouvel accord.<br \/>\n249 Inscrits 175 Votants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px\"><strong>142 POUR 33 CONTRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En ce qui concerne <strong>l\u2019Accord Non-Cadres<\/strong>, les salari\u00e9s se sont prononc\u00e9s majoritairement (68%) CONTRE la<br \/>\nsignature du nouvel Accord.<br \/>\n256 Inscrits 190 Votants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px\"><strong>61 POUR 129 CONTRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>Au vu de ces r\u00e9sultats, le Syndicat CGT ne sera donc pas signataire des Accords Non Cadres et 3&#215;7, <\/strong><strong>et par cons\u00e9quence il ne signera pas non plus l\u2019Accord Cadre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La direction devrait tenir compte de ces r\u00e9sultats qui sont la cons\u00e9quence d\u2019un refus des nouveaux Accords propos\u00e9s pour les Non cadres, mais aussi d\u2019une situation et d\u2019un climat social qui se d\u00e9grade.<\/p>\n<p>La signature de l\u2019Accord Cadres et la mise en place de nouvelles dispositions risquent de fracturer les cat\u00e9gories socio professionnelles au moment o\u00f9 l\u2019entreprise a besoin d\u2019unit\u00e9 et de coh\u00e9sion pour relever les challenges \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une meilleure \u00e9coute des propositions des organisations syndicales aurait certainement permis d\u2019aboutir \u00e0 un <\/strong><strong>accord acceptable par tous parce qu\u2019il aurait mieux pris en compte l\u2019\u00e9quilibre Vie professionnelle \/ Vie priv\u00e9.<\/strong><br \/>\nNous esp\u00e9rons que ce virage sera pris d\u00e8s l\u2019ouverture de la n\u00e9gociation QVT (Qualit\u00e9 de Vie au Travail) qui d\u00e9marre prochainement\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Le SYNDICAT CGT MICROTURBO<br \/>\nToulouse le 28 septembre<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Syndicat CGT remercie tous les salari\u00e9s qui se sont exprim\u00e9s lors du r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum.
