Int\u00e9ressement: positionnement des syndiqu\u00e9s CGT"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>SYNTH\u00c8SE DE N\u00c9GOCIATION ACCORD INTERESSEMENT<\/h3>\n<h5>Rappel<\/h5>\n<p><em>Notre syndicat avait sign\u00e9 le dernier accord d\u2019int\u00e9ressement qui couvrait les exercices 2018, 2019 et 2020<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020, l\u2019int\u00e9ressement a \u00e9t\u00e9 nul, il le sera, aussi, probablement pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021, en raison des contraintes de l\u2019accord l\u2019ATA.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le calcul de cette prime repose principalement sur les performances \u00e9conomiques de l\u2019entreprise (le socle) associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des coefficients de modulation (les Boosters\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0des challenges pour amplifier le socle de la prime\u00a0\u00bb)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-601 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cgtsafran.com\/nacelles\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2021\/06\/005-bar-chart-e1624538675641.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"63\" height=\"80\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Notre position syndicale et les propositions que nous avons faites: par rapport au pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent accord ont \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Une <strong>augmentation du plafond<\/strong> de versement de la prime de 7% \u00e0 10% de la masse salariale.<\/li>\n<li>Une <strong>augmentation du plancher<\/strong> de la prime de 1xPASS \u00e0 1,2xPASS (Montant du <b>P<\/b>lafond <b>A<\/b>nnuel <b>S<\/b>\u00e9curit\u00e9 <b>S<\/b>ociale en 2021= 41136\u20ac))<strong> afin que 50% des salari\u00e9s de Safran Nacelles soit impact\u00e9s<\/strong> par ce plancher.<\/li>\n<li>De <strong>ne pas mettre de Boosters<\/strong>, consid\u00e9rant que ces derniers \u00e9taient des param\u00e8tres et qu\u2019il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de mettre en place des processus afin d\u2019atteindre les objectifs et de plus, <strong>les Boosters pouvaient \u00eatre source d\u2019opposition entre les salari\u00e9s<\/strong> notamment avec le <b>T<\/b>aux <b>F<\/b>r\u00e9quence des <b>A<\/b>ccidents avec <b>A<\/b>rr\u00eat (TFAA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-602 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cgtsafran.com\/nacelles\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2021\/06\/007-avatar-e1624538754736.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"80\" height=\"80\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nous n\u2019avons pas obtenu ce que nous avions demand\u00e9 et la diff\u00e9rence entre le nouvel accord et le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent est essentiellement <strong>une part plus importante donn\u00e9e aux Boosters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons, par ailleurs, martel\u00e9 sans succ\u00e8s, que cette prime devrait \u00eatre <strong>distribu\u00e9e plus \u00e9quitablement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5>Au terme des n\u00e9gociations et pour conclure,<\/h5>\n<p>Le plafond de versement de la prime <strong>restera \u00e0 7%<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le plancher de la prime restera \u00e0 <strong>1xPASS <\/strong>(41136\u20ac en 2021)<\/p>\n<p>Les Boosters en vigueur seront\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le<strong> taux de non-conformit\u00e9 export\u00e9<\/strong> aux clients SAV et s\u00e9rie.<\/li>\n<li>Les exigences relatives \u00e0 la <strong>livraison aux clients<\/strong> SAV et s\u00e9rie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Taux de Fr\u00e9quence des Accidents avec Arr\u00eat<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Un <strong>nombre d\u2019id\u00e9es par salari\u00e9<\/strong> li\u00e9s au \u00ab climat \u00bb.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter
