{"id":2541,"date":"2021-06-15T16:56:38","date_gmt":"2021-06-15T14:56:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cgtsafran.com\/she\/?p=2541"},"modified":"2021-06-15T16:56:38","modified_gmt":"2021-06-15T14:56:38","slug":"att-les-os-quittent-la-salle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cgtsafran.com\/she\/att-les-os-quittent-la-salle\/","title":{"rendered":"ATT : Les organisations syndicales quittent la salle !!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Lundi 14 juin se tenait la 4e r\u00e9union de n\u00e9gociation, avec pour seul et unique th\u00e8me, \u00e0 l&rsquo;initiative exclusive de la direction : la remise en cause notre accord RATT de 2000.<br \/>\nAu cours des r\u00e9unions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes et \u00e0 travers leurs communications, les organisations syndicales ont indiqu\u00e9 ne pas vouloir remettre en cause cet accord. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Pour autant certaines sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 discuter de 3&#215;8, SD, d\u00e9plafonnement des HS et du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail via des accords sp\u00e9cifiques s\u00e9par\u00e9s. La direction s&rsquo;est oppos\u00e9e \u00e0 ce fractionnement et a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un projet d&rsquo;accord ne tenant pas compte des positionnements syndicaux. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\"><br \/>\nDevant cette attitude contraire \u00e0 toute d\u00e9finition du dialogue social, les trois organisations syndicales ont quitt\u00e9 la n\u00e9gociation.<br \/>\nLa direction va organiser des bilat\u00e9rales avec les OS repr\u00e9sentatives.<br \/>\nPour la CGT, nous ne participerons pas, cette remise en cause de nos statuts sociaux, n&rsquo;est ni plus ni moins qu&rsquo;une posture id\u00e9ologique Groupe, d\u00e9corr\u00e9l\u00e9e de la strat\u00e9gie industrielle et au d\u00e9pend de la sant\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s de SAFRAN HE. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">La CGT et FO remercient les salari\u00e9s qui se sont mobilis\u00e9s pour faire front \u00e0 ce recul social.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\"><br \/>\nLa suite est entre les mains de la direction. M.
