{"id":2493,"date":"2021-06-03T22:07:13","date_gmt":"2021-06-03T20:07:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cgtsafran.com\/she\/?p=2493"},"modified":"2021-06-14T15:10:33","modified_gmt":"2021-06-14T13:10:33","slug":"att-pas-besoin-dun-nouvel-accord","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cgtsafran.com\/she\/att-pas-besoin-dun-nouvel-accord\/","title":{"rendered":"ATT : pas besoin d&rsquo;un nouvel accord !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le 3 juin 2021 se d\u00e9roule la troisi\u00e8me r\u00e9union de n\u00e9gociation de l&rsquo;accord am\u00e9nagement du temps de travail (ATT).<br \/>\nIl s&rsquo;agit pour la direction d&rsquo;attaquer nos accords actuels sur plusieurs points :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>accord 3*8<\/li>\n<li>modifications des plages variables<\/li>\n<li>accord pour travail le samedi et le dimanche<\/li>\n<li>extension des cr\u00e9neaux de travail de nuit<\/li>\n<li>augmentation du contingent d&rsquo;heures suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/li>\n<li>et nouveau statut OETAM : 15 jours de RTT au lieu de 28 jours actuellement.<\/li>\n<li>A cela la direction ajoute un jour de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail par semaine, comme une \u00a0\u00bbcarotte\u00a0\u00bb ?!?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La CGT est oppos\u00e9e \u00e0 ce projet. Il n&rsquo;y a pas de raison de modifier nos accords sur le temps de travail.<br \/>\nOui, il faut r\u00e9internaliser des activit\u00e9s, mais pas au d\u00e9triment des conditions de travail.<br \/>\nOui, il faut un accord sur le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, l&rsquo;ensemble des OS l&rsquo;appellent de leurs v\u0153ux.
