{"id":989,"date":"2022-04-22T15:07:25","date_gmt":"2022-04-22T13:07:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cgtsafran.com\/ses\/?p=989"},"modified":"2022-04-22T15:07:25","modified_gmt":"2022-04-22T13:07:25","slug":"revalorisation-des-salaires-pouvoir-dachat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cgtsafran.com\/ses\/2022\/04\/22\/revalorisation-des-salaires-pouvoir-dachat\/","title":{"rendered":"Revalorisation des salaires &#8211; Pouvoir d&rsquo;achat"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote>\n<h1><span id=\"page109R_mcid38\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">LA DIRECTION AFFICHE SES<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid39\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">PREMI\u00c8RES CARTES<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span id=\"page109R_mcid0\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">La r\u00e9union de synth\u00e8se du 21 avril 2022 a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion pour la Direction du<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid1\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">groupe d\u2019exprimer ses intentions qui seront<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid2\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">appliqu\u00e9es unilat\u00e9ralement<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid3\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">en<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">mati\u00e8re de mesures salariales compl\u00e9mentaires.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"page109R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Augmentions salariales<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span id=\"page109R_mcid6\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Notre Organisation Syndicale demandait une augmentation compl\u00e9mentaire<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid7\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de la Masse Salariale Groupe (MSG) de 3%. La Direction a expos\u00e9 une<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">mesure par un d\u00e9coupage en<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid9\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">5 tranches<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid10\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de revenus correspondant \u00e0 1%<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid11\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de MSG. Cette d\u00e9cision n\u2019autoriserait qu\u2019un rel\u00e8vement des salaires de<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid12\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">720<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid13\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">euros bruts\/an<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">pour la tranche la plus basse (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 32000\u20ac) et applicable<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid15\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">au 1er juillet (sans r\u00e9troactivit\u00e9). Pour un salari\u00e9 pay\u00e9 sur 13 mois, cela<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid16\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">repr\u00e9sentera 55\u20ac\/mois (60\u20ac\/m sur 12 mois).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"page109R_mcid17\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Participation<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span id=\"page109R_mcid18\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Le montant de la participation sur lequel la Direction s\u2019\u00e9tait engag\u00e9e lors de<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid19\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">la n\u00e9gociation de l\u2019accord \u00absortie de crise\u00bb n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 vers\u00e9 en int\u00e9gralit\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid20\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Pour corriger cela, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9 un suppl\u00e9ment d\u2019augmentation sous la<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid21\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">forme d\u2019une AG \u00e0 hauteur de 0,1% MSG. La Direction explique que cette<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid22\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">mesure est d\u00e9j\u00e0 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans la proposition d\u2019AG mentionn\u00e9e ci-dessus.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"page109R_mcid29\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">En conclusion<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span id=\"page109R_mcid30\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Si les mobilisations ont permis de provoquer cette r\u00e9union et un d\u00e9passement<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid31\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">du cadrage de l\u2019accord \u00absortie de crise\u00bb tant sur les salaires que sur<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid32\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">l\u2019int\u00e9ressement, les propositions de la Direction restent, \u00e0 ce jour, bien trop<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid33\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">insuffisantes pour \u00eatre acceptables par les salari\u00e9s.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid34\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Notre Organisation Syndicale, constante dans sa position depuis la fin<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid35\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">d\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, maintient sa demande d\u2019une Augmentation G\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00e0 la<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page109R_mcid36\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">hauteur des besoins des salari\u00e9s.
