2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>Veuillez trouver la position de la CGT SENS sur la politique salariale 2022<\/h5>\n<h2>INFOS NAO 2022<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c7\u00e0 y est, la direction SES a abattu ses derni\u00e8res cartes !<br \/>\nUne politique salariale qui reste uniquement \u00e0 la hauteur de l\u2019inflation.<br \/>\nUne politique salariale qui ne veut pas mettre en place d\u2019augmentation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<br \/>\npour les cadres, qui d\u00e9termine un seuil minimum de 1% pour ceux qui seront \u00e9lu<br \/>\npour percevoir l\u2019 augmentation individuelle\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>Une politique salariale qui, pour les non cadres, n\u2019ira pas jusqu\u2019au maximum<br \/>\npossible pr\u00e9vu par l\u2019accord \u00ab sortie de crise \u00bb du groupe Safran, autrement dit 1.4%<br \/>\nUne politique salariale qui, apr\u00e8s 4 ans pass\u00e9s \u00e0 ne rien percevoir pour beaucoup<br \/>\nde salari\u00e9(e)s, se d\u00e9voile trop timide alors que certaines autres entit\u00e9s du groupe<br \/>\nproposent des r\u00e9partitions d\u2019enveloppes NAO plus ambitieuses.<\/p>\n<p>Notre Direction nous rappelle sans cesse que<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>nous appartenons au groupe Safran et il existe des r\u00e8gles a suivre.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>mais pour les NAO, les avantages sociaux, ou d\u2019autres accords, SES ne peut pas atteindre les sommets des autres entit\u00e9s.<br \/>\nL\u2019entit\u00e9 SES devrait-elle rester le parent pauvre ?<\/p>\n<p>Voici la proposition de la Direction :<\/p>\n<h5>Non cadres<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>AG 1,30%<\/li>\n<li>AI 1,23%<\/li>\n<li>Effet PA 0,27%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Cadres<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2,80%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Budget
