La Direction<\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid2\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/>du groupe a affich\u00e9 les mesures qu\u2019elle compte<\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid3\" class=\"markedContent\"> appliquer unilat\u00e9ralement<\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid4\" class=\"markedContent\">.<\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/>Celles-ci correspondent en tout point \u00e0 la communication faite aux salari\u00e9s<\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid6\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/>par le \u00abflash info RH\u00bb du vendredi 6 mai.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page75R_mcid7\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">La<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">mobilisation forte du 5 mai 2022<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid9\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00e0 l\u2019initiative de la CGT, parfois rejointe<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid10\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">par d\u2019autres syndicats, n\u2019a pas suffit \u00e0 convaincre la Direction \u00e0 revoir sa<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid11\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">copie. Cette r\u00e9union du 9 mai tant attendue n\u2019a<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid12\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">rien apport\u00e9 de plus<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid13\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page75R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Notre syndicat a fortement insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une mesure applicable<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid15\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">d\u00e8s le 1er janvier 2022<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid16\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">pour apaiser les tensions sociales<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid17\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">dans le groupe.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid18\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">En effet,<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid19\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">l\u2019inflation n\u2019attend pas la date de mise en application des<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid20\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">mesures<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid21\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">unilat\u00e9rales choisie par la Direction (1er juillet) pour \u00eatre ressentie.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"page75R_mcid22\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Pour rappel, la Direction pr\u00e9voit une revalorisation des salaires annuels bruts<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid23\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de base applicable de cette fa\u00e7on:<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid24\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u2022<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid25\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 35.000\u20ac\/ an<\/span> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">-&gt;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid26\" class=\"markedContent\"> role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Ces mesures repr\u00e9sentent donc<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid49\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">0,5% de la masse salariale<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid50\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">pour cette<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid51\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ann\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span id=\"page75R_mcid52\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Les<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">r\u00e9sultats<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">financiers<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">du<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">groupe<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">permettent<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">pourtant<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">tr\u00e8s<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">largement<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid53\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la demande de notre syndicat de<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid54\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">revalorisation des salaires de<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid55\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">3% en Augmentation G\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid56\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">en faisant notamment<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid57\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">un effort plus cons\u00e9quent sur les premi\u00e8res tranches.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page75R_mcid58\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Pour rappel, la CGT avait<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid59\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">refus\u00e9 de signer l\u2019accord \u00absortie de crise\u00bb<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid60\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid61\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">notamment pour ne pas limiter, \u00e9cr\u00eater voire m\u00eame supprimer la perception<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid62\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">des<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">int\u00e9ressements<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">et<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">abondements<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">2023.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Notre<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">syndicat<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">avait<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">m\u00eame<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid63\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">demand\u00e9 \u00e0<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid64\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">rediscuter de l\u2019int\u00e9ressement perceptible en 2022<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid65\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">encadr\u00e9<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid66\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">par l\u2019accord ATA au regard des r\u00e9sultats du groupe.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page75R_mcid67\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Suite \u00e0 une demande d\u2019autres Organisations Syndicales, la Direction propose<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid68\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de soumettre \u00e0 signature un relev\u00e9 de conclusion en guise d\u2019approbation de<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid69\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ses mesures unilat\u00e9rales.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h1><span id=\"page75R_mcid70\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Finalement,<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid71\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">aucune Organisation Syndicale ne signera<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid72\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ce document<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page75R_mcid73\"
