{"id":2751,"date":"2025-02-12T16:02:54","date_gmt":"2025-02-12T15:02:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cgtsafran.com\/sae\/?p=2751"},"modified":"2025-02-12T16:02:54","modified_gmt":"2025-02-12T15:02:54","slug":"tract-nao-2025-part-ii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cgtsafran.com\/sae\/tract-nao-2025-part-ii\/","title":{"rendered":"Tract NAO 2025 part II"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">NAO 2025 part II<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Mardi 04\/02\/2025 s\u2019est tenue notre heure d\u2019information syndicale o\u00f9 les diff\u00e9rentes Organisations Syndicales du site d\u2019\u00c9vry-Corbeil ont pu prendre la parole ainsi que les salari\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents.<\/p>\n<h5>Il ne fait pas l\u2019ombre d\u2019un doute que les propositions salariales faites par la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale SAE font grincer des dents dans une p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 notre entreprise se porte excessivement bien financi\u00e8rement, o\u00f9 les carnets de commandes sont pleins et que les perspectives d\u2019embauches semblent repartir \u00e0 la hausse.<\/h5>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nL\u00e0 o\u00f9 SAE se pose la question de savoir comment redonner de l\u2019\u00e9lan au site d\u2019\u00c9vry-Corbeil, comment fid\u00e9liser et attirer des talents ?
