Si ce n\u2019est que de constater, une fois de plus, le m\u00e9pris envers ceux qui produisent les richesses de cette entreprise. Alors que nous vous le stipulions, dans notre tract de la semaine 4, <strong>\u00ab SAFRAN pr\u00e9voit de verser \u00e0 ses actionnaires, 11.2 milliards d\u2019euros de son cash-flow, sur 4 ans, sous forme de dividende et de rachat d\u2019actions \u00bb.<\/strong><br \/>\nPour rappel, ces manipulations financi\u00e8res \u00e9chappent \u00e0 toutes contributions socialis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Bien loin, des miettes balanc\u00e9es aux salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Bien loin \u00e9galement des revendications faites par les salari\u00e9s qui ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 notre sondage (seulement 6%).<br \/>\nIl apparait clairement une convergence salariale qui tendrait vers les 300\u20ac et 10% d\u2019autres revendications, hors salaire, ressortent de ce sondage comme la revalorisation des cotations issues de la NCC, la r\u00e9duction du temps de travail en 32h et\/ou semaine de 4jours sans le week-end, le probl\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9cr\u00eatage sur les forfaits 38\/40, mais \u00e9galement de nombreux points sur la QVT tels que la demande de Ticket-Restaurant pour les T\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du TPAFC, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des indemnit\u00e9s des d\u00e9placements professionnels, la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une cr\u00e8che d\u2019entreprise et le constat d\u2019une charge de travail inadapt\u00e9e.<br \/>\nD\u2019autres sujets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9s, mais ne rentrent pas dans le cadre des NAO (Restauration, CPP du CSE, la retraite\u2026).<br \/>\nPour la <strong>CGT SAE<\/strong>, suite \u00e0 sa coordination avec tous les sites, voil\u00e0 ce que nous portons en d\u00e9bat avec les salari\u00e9s et que nous
