En effet, le Royaume-Uni est le second pays en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;effectifs en Europe chez Safran.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pour les \u00e9lus europ\u00e9ens, cette d\u00e9cision est choquante. En effet, les industriels majeurs de\u00a0l\u2019a\u00e9ronautique\u00a0(GE, Airbus, Thal\u00e8s, Rockwell-Collins notamment) ont opt\u00e9 pour le maintien des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations britanniques au sein de leur CEE, quelle que soit l&rsquo;issue politique du Brexit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision est aussi en opposition avec\u00a0l\u2019esprit\u00a0des accords europ\u00e9ens et mondial sign\u00e9s par Safran et les organisations syndicales. Le mod\u00e8le de dialogue social\u00a0by SAFRAN\u00a0semblait d\u00e9montrer une volont\u00e9\u00a0d\u2019\u00e9largissement\u00a0\u00e0l\u2019\u00e9chelle\u00a0internationale&#8230;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement, conjugu\u00e9 \u00e0 la forte opposition de la direction de certains sites britanniques \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre des organisations syndicales font craindre une mise en p\u00e9ril de\u00a0l\u2019emploi des 4300 salari\u00e9s au Royaume-Uni.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La r\u00e9ussite des challenges en cours dans le Groupe n\u00e9cessite un climat social coh\u00e9rent et apais\u00e9.
