class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>58 % estiment que l\u2019e\u0301valuation professionnelle n\u2019est pas fonde\u0301e sur de bons crite\u0300res et 61 % qu\u2019elle n\u2019est pas transparente. Un comble quand on sait qu\u2019environ la moitie\u0301 des cadres est amene\u0301e de par ses responsabilite\u0301s d\u2019encadrement a\u0300 e\u0301valuer d\u2019autres salarie\u0301\u00b7e\u00b7s l\u2019exercice de leurs responsabilite\u0301s<\/strong> professionnelles, afin de pouvoir refuser de mettre en \u0153uvre une directive contraire a\u0300 leur e\u0301thique.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 3\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<h4>Retraites : les cadres sont favorables a\u0300 la retraite a\u0300 60 ans !<\/h4>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 3\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>82 % des cadres souhaitent une re\u0301forme des retraites garantissant une pension au moins e\u0301gale a\u0300 75 % du salaire de fin de carrie\u0300re.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 3\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>56 % des cadres souhaitent une re\u0301forme des retraites qui re\u0301tablisse
