Il pr\u00e9voit une distribution d\u2019actions gratuites pour plusieurs dizaines de millions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Pour exemple dans ce cadre, le 24 mars dernier, 14 466\u00a0actions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9es au nouveau DG Safran par le Conseil\u00a0d\u2019Administration.<\/p>\n<p><em>(art. 6.6.4 du document d\u2019enregistrement universel 2020 &#8211; inSite)<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Certains continuent de s\u2019enrichir dans un contexte de mod\u00e9ration salariale, de suppressions de postes, de Ruptures Conventionnelles Collectives et de remise en cause des conditions de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Cette politique injuste et ind\u00e9cente qui consiste \u00e0 mutualiser les pertes et concentrer sur quelques-uns les profits doit cesser. L\u2019\u00c9tat, qui a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 hauteur de 250 millions d\u2019euros au maintien des r\u00e9sultats et des emplois, devrait s\u2019opposer \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de cet argent au travers du versement d\u2019ILT.<\/p>\n<p>Pour notre syndicat cette r\u00e9solution doit \u00eatre rejet\u00e9e.
