Pour faire face \u00e0 cela, les salari\u00e9s qui le souhaiterons pourrons \u00eatre, malgr\u00e9 tout, plus pr\u00e9sent sur leur site.<\/p>\n<p>En production, le but est de <strong>ne pas changer les niveaux de production<\/strong>, \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence du premier confinement. Safran ne doit pas baisser la production pour <strong>respecter ses engagements en mati\u00e8re d\u2019APLD<\/strong> et pour maintenir une activit\u00e9 suffisante qui assurera sa <strong>p\u00e9rennit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>L&rsquo; objectif est de maintenir notre outil industriel<\/h4>\n<p>Safran reste dans le <strong>respect des accords ATA et APLD<\/strong> malgr\u00e9 la prolongation du dispositif d\u2019Activit\u00e9 Partielle Classique (plus souple) par l\u2019\u00e9tat. <strong>Safran a assez de charge en production pour assurer ses engagements de taux minimums d\u2019activit\u00e9 pr\u00e9vu par l\u2019APLD<\/strong>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Concernant l\u2019accord ATA<\/h4>\n<p>La <strong>date de d\u00e9p\u00f4t des demandes de d\u00e9part en retraite<\/strong> qui permet de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du maximum de la majoration d\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de d\u00e9part \u00e9volue.<\/p>\n<p>Initialement fix\u00e9e au 1er novembre, <strong>elle est repouss\u00e9e au 31 d\u00e9cembre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Concernant l\u2019accord APLD<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Il est probable que certaines soci\u00e9t\u00e9s engag\u00e9es \u00e0 40% d\u2019inactivit\u00e9 maximum <strong>ne disposent pas d\u2019une activit\u00e9 suffisante<\/strong>. Un <strong>avenant \u00e0 l\u2019accord<\/strong> permettant aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s concern\u00e9es de <strong>passer \u00e0 50% d\u2019inactivit\u00e9<\/strong> pourrait \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire.
